About the role
The Associate Director, Neurology Analytics will support the US Neurology business as a pivotal partner in defining, understanding, and developing the strategy, resourcing and expectations for the first Neurology launch. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Business Insights, the role involves planning, budgeting and executing pre‑ and post‑launch reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive market and customer analytics to guide launch readiness and execution.
- Deliver all pre‑launch analytics deliverables, including claims segmentation and adoption analysis.
- Establish corporate performance metrics and produce routine dashboards and ad‑hoc reports for executive management.
- Track execution of pre‑ and post‑launch activities and evaluate effectiveness of sales, marketing and market‑access efforts.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify business questions and develop analytical solutions.
- Develop and manage the annual budget specific to the Neurology franchise.
Required profile
- BS/BA in business, science, mathematics, statistics or related field with 7+ years of analytical experience (advanced degree and consulting experience preferred).
- Forward‑looking business acumen with understanding of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, market access and medical affairs.
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting pre‑launch, launch and mature brands, preferably in neurology or rare diseases.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA preferred) and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, MS Access.
- Strong expertise in SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI and other visualization/modeling tools.
- Working knowledge of CRM solutions.
- Solid understanding of statistical methodology, machine‑learning algorithms and artificial intelligence.

- Salary range $160,000‑$190,000 with short‑term and long‑term incentive programs.
