Director Business Analysis

About the role

The Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC) Financial Systems organization is building an enterprise Order Management platform. The Director, Business Analysis will lead the Business Partnerships team, providing strategic leadership across product‑specific project delivery, M&A implementations, and ongoing M&A operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Partnerships team, setting priorities aligned with product strategy.
• Oversee analysis, planning, and implementation of strategic product initiatives affecting billing and operations.
• Drive business analysis activities for M&A integrations, establishing roadmaps and governance.
• Standardize ongoing M&A operational activities and transition support to the Revenue Operations Excellence organization.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, present status and risks, and ensure governance for strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Management or Product Operations.
• 5+ years of people‑leadership experience managing high‑performing teams.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale cross‑functional initiatives and complex business transformations.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Mastercard Billing Systems (MCBS) and billing operations processes.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum project delivery methodologies.
