Direct Markets F&I Executive – Illinois

About the role

Zurich is looking for a Finance & Insurance Executive to drive growth and profitability in the Illinois automotive market. You will prospect new dealership partners, manage existing relationships, and deliver F&I solutions both in‑person and virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business prospects, focusing on large automotive dealers and supporting P&C product marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, communicating through multiple channels.
• Deliver sales presentations in‑person or via Microsoft Teams and close deals to exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products.
• Attend automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of dealership finance or sales leadership experience, or high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Residence within the Illinois territory.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets in automotive finance or senior sales management.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.
• Proficiency with automotive and traditional software/technology, including Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to analyze financial statements.
• Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups.
