About the role

Infosys is seeking a Digital Payments Product Consultant to join its Financial Services unit in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on delivering cash management and digital banking solutions for financial institutions, leveraging AI, cloud, and data-driven innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting initiatives, including product evaluation, benchmarking, and system configuration.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, ensuring quality standards and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Proactively manage risks, govern project scope, and identify additional opportunities for value creation.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in cash management and digital commercial banking.
• Background in digital cash management and open banking for corporate, community, or investment banking.
• Strong risk‑management mindset and ability to anticipate challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
