Digital Media Strategist

About the role

WITHIN is seeking a Digital Media Strategist to lead paid‑media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms. You will work directly with a portfolio of clients, using data‑driven insights to drive conversions, revenue, and ROAS while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid‑media budgets for multiple client accounts.
• Analyze performance data, conduct A/B tests, and apply consumer research to improve results.
• Communicate strategy, performance, and recommendations to clients both verbally and in writing.
• Create KPI dashboards and cross‑channel performance reports with actionable insights.
• Implement proprietary technology, best practices, and provide creative & copy recommendations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, including conditional statements, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
