Digital Marketing & Web Development Lead

Infinity Laser Spa is seeking a Digital Marketing & Web Development Lead to drive online growth and enhance its web presence. Based in New York, NY, this full‑time, on‑site position will combine strategic marketing with hands‑on website management to increase brand awareness and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven digital marketing campaigns that generate measurable growth.
• Build, maintain, and optimise the company website and Shopify storefront for conversion.
• Leverage AI tools such as Cursor and Claude to streamline content creation, workflow automation, and ROI analysis.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing initiatives, product launches, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Track performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms, refining strategies based on insights.
• Monitor industry trends, recommend new tactics, and ensure a user‑friendly, conversion‑focused online experience.
• Collaborate with spa management and staff to align digital efforts with business objectives and consistent branding.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in digital, online, and social media marketing.
• Strong background in web analytics and data interpretation.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and customer‑focused messaging.
• Experience managing websites and front‑end development (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Java, Python).
• Hands‑on experience customizing Shopify themes, apps, and product/inventory management.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, ROI tracking, and conversion optimisation in a B2C or service environment (beauty, wellness, or healthcare experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in New York and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
