Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

RedStream is looking for a Digital & ABM Specialist to join a SaaS client’s marketing team in New York City. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth through paid digital campaigns and account‑based marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and partner channels.
• Monitor performance against KPIs (leads, engagement, conversion, pipeline) and translate data into actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing across audiences, messaging, creative, and landing pages.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver integrated ABM campaigns spanning paid media, email, content, and web.
• Support website updates, landing‑page builds, and overall digital experience improvements (Webflow preferred).
• Apply SEO and AEO best practices to boost organic visibility.
• Create and adapt digital assets, write on‑brand copy for ads, landing pages, articles, and emails.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to scale marketing outputs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B software environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of ABM, B2B buyer journeys, and long‑sales‑cycle campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting ability for performance‑driven and brand‑focused content.
• Analytical mindset with a habit of turning metrics into decisions.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
