Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager to own lead generation, funnel optimization, and growth across paid digital channels. This performance‑marketing position focuses on measurable KPIs, CRM strategy, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and ROI, rather than brand or content marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid social and digital lead‑generation campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns toward cost‑per‑appointment, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Own funnel performance from click through to booked appointment.
• Design and execute A/B tests on landing pages, creative assets, offers, and messaging.
• Develop CRM segmentation, remarketing, and nurture strategies.
• Build dashboards, analyze KPIs, and translate insights into marketing decisions.
• Manage relationships with external advertising agencies while staying hands‑on with campaign performance.
• Explore new growth channels, AI tools, and automation strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta paid social campaigns.
• Proven success with A/B testing, CRO, and lead generation.
• Solid background in CRM/database marketing and analytics.
• Experience managing paid‑media budgets and optimizing ROI.
• Background in DTC, consumer services, luxury brands, or agency environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
