About the role

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in Atlanta. The role combines software development with security and operations expertise, focusing on building and managing secure, cloud-native applications.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure Delta methodology, standards and procedures are adopted and implemented.
  • Develop APIs and micro-services in a high-volume environment using NodeJS, Python or Java.
  • Create proof-of-concepts and innovate new solutions.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and secure coding practices.
  • Maintain source control using Git and follow Agile and 12-factor principles.

Required profile

  • 3-5 years of software development experience and 1-2+ years hands-on with DevSecOps technologies.
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety, security and diversity in the workplace.

Required skills

  • NodeJS, Python, Java, API and micro-service development.
  • CI/CD tools (Tekton, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins) and TDD.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
  • Monitoring tools (Prometheus, CloudWatch, SumoLogic, Splunk, New Relic).
  • Git source control, Agile methodologies, 12-factor methodology, cloud-native architectures, automated test frameworks, secure coding standards.
