DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic, collaborative team. You will be responsible for deploying, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and SaaS products, ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure cloud environments meet security, compliance, and operational governance requirements.
• Support deployment, operation, and maintenance of SaaS services on cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to accelerate release cycles and improve software delivery.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure issues in production to meet service level agreements.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends and leverage AI technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and collaboration skills in Mandarin.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS (VPC, EC2, EKS, RDS, IAM).
• Proficiency in Linux system operations and scripting (Shell, Python, Golang).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains such as GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, and Helm.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana and production troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cloud security, encryption, authentication, authorization, and secret management (HSM, KMS).
• Experience with PCI DSS or similar compliance audits is a plus.
