DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join the engineering team at Phoenix Retail’s Columbus corporate headquarters. In this role you will design, implement and scale the technology platform that powers our high‑availability retail systems for the Express and Bonobos brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define infrastructure scope, build out environments, and maintain application platforms across multiple data centers.
• Deploy, configure and monitor applications throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Automate deployment pipelines, perform performance and robustness testing, and ensure continuous delivery.
• Collaborate closely with developers in an Agile/Scrum setting to integrate code and resolve operational issues.
• Provide on‑call support, troubleshoot production incidents, and drive improvements in reliability and security.

Required profile

• Experience working with development teams and supporting operations in an Agile environment.
• Responsibility for application scalability, security, and high‑availability.
• Ability to execute software delivery against project plans and meet milestones.
• Experience managing multi‑channel software lifecycles, including enhancements, migrations and production support.
