Developer III – IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Developer III to lead end‑to‑end B2B integration projects using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. The role involves working directly with business stakeholders and trading partners to design, develop, and maintain secure, high‑performance integration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and trading partners.
• Design and develop integration profiles, accounts, BPML workflows, adapters, and services in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Onboard trading partners and configure bi‑directional connectivity via SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, AWS S3, and Connect:Direct.
• Create and maintain ITX mapping transformations for EDI X12, XML, flat files, and datasets.
• Perform system administration tasks including certificate management, security hardening, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot issues across platforms using logs, database queries, and Control Center.
• Document solutions and participate in on‑call support for critical incidents.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and related components.
• Proven ability to work directly with trading partners and internal teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Sterling Integrator, File Gateway, Connect:Direct, Secure Proxy, and Control Center.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward issue resolution.
