Deposit Pricing & Analytics Manager

About the role

Northwest Bank seeks a Deposit Pricing & Analytics Manager to develop and execute deposit rate strategies for consumer and business portfolios, driving balance growth while managing net interest margin across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage deposit pricing models, monitor competitive landscape, and ensure optimal pricing stance.
• Partner with retail, business, commercial lines, and treasury to balance acquisition, retention, and net interest margin.
• Execute short‑term rate tactics, support new product concepts, and create long‑term pricing strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end exception rate processes and coordinate rate change implementations.
• Conduct market research, segment analysis, and recommend actions to increase share of wallet and market share.
• Maintain internal controls, support vendor management, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 8‑12 years of experience in deposit pricing, rate analytics, and modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
