Delivery Driver – Customer‑Facing Logistics Role

About the role

Misfits Market is looking for enthusiastic delivery drivers to connect its fulfillment centers with customers across the St Louis area. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring each grocery box arrives on time, at the right address, and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver customer orders to the specified address within the assigned time window.
• Maintain the integrity of the boxes, handling organic produce, meats, seafood, and other grocery items with care.
• Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and Misfits Market safety standards.
• Use company‑provided navigation tools to optimize routes and report any delivery issues.
• Represent the company positively, answering basic customer questions and fostering goodwill.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong customer‑service mindset.
• Safety‑first approach with a clean driving record.
• Reliability and punctuality for a Tuesday‑to‑Friday schedule.
• Ability to lift and handle grocery boxes safely.

Required skills

• Compliance with DOT safety standards.
• Proficiency with GPS/navigation tools.
