Data Visualization & UX Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant with strong expertise in data visualization, user experience design, and data storytelling. You will work with a range of clients—from SMEs to Fortune 100 companies—helping them turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and intuitive interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and UI/UX solutions for client projects.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to gather reporting and analytics requirements, including UML modeling and data flow design.
• Oversee implementation of recommendations, evaluate data sources, and create KPI tracking mechanisms.
• Mentor and coach team members on visualization and UX best practices.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience) with at least two years of professional experience.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, collaborate across functions, and handle confidential information.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card is mandatory.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power BI (expert level).
• Microsoft Power Platform (preferred).
• Data analytics and KPI/dashboard development.
• User interface/user experience evaluation, design, and development.
