Data Scientist

About the role

Hexa is seeking a Data Scientist to transform complex manufacturing data into actionable intelligence. You will develop models that forecast demand, optimise pricing, and uncover hidden patterns across supply chains, directly influencing the product features that keep our customers competitive.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy predictive models for demand forecasting, pricing optimisation, and supplier matching.
• Analyse large‑scale manufacturing and supply‑chain datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines that feed production models and dashboards.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate data insights into product features.
• Develop statistical frameworks to measure the impact of product changes on customer outcomes.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning.
• Experience working with messy, incomplete real‑world data.
• Excellent communication skills, able to turn data into decisions.
• Interest in manufacturing, supply‑chain, or industrial operations is a plus.
