Data Risk & Compliance Lead

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland seeks a meticulous Data Risk & Compliance Lead to oversee privacy and electronic records management. This position ensures compliance with federal regulations, internal policies, and industry frameworks across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local operations of the System Privacy Program and Electronic Records Management Program.
• Develop and maintain privacy procedures, inventories, risk assessments, and vendor assessments.
• Review and enforce records management processes, classification, indexing, and retention schedules.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT to establish information governance standards.
• Lead privacy and records management projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
• Prepare documentation, policies, training materials, and regular compliance reports.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in privacy, records, or information management within a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Knowledge of privacy and records management concepts and practices.
• Proficiency with governance, risk and control systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
