About the role
TESIM Electric is expanding its commercial electrical and data‑center operations across Texas and needs a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist. You will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and maintaining accurate business and project information in the company’s systems.
Key responsibilities
- Enter data from forms, emails, reports, and source documents into TESIM systems.
- Review entries for accuracy, completeness, duplication, and proper formatting.
- Maintain spreadsheets and digital files, flagging inconsistent information.
- Support routine reporting and back‑office administrative projects.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to focus on repetitive detail while meeting deadlines.
- Dependable attendance and responsive communication.
- Prior data‑entry experience is helpful but not required.
Required skills
- Accurate keyboarding.
- Basic spreadsheet proficiency (Excel).
