Data Entry Specialist – Full-time

About the role

LRE Foundation Repair is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join our New York team. You will ensure that our records are accurate, up‑to‑date, and securely maintained, supporting smooth operations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update information in the company database with high accuracy.
• Identify, verify, and correct data discrepancies, reporting errors to management.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports for various departments.
• Organise and file both physical and electronic documents promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to guarantee timely and correct data entry.
• Follow established data‑entry procedures and security policies.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; data‑entry certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a data‑entry or similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed and strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of data confidentiality and security standards.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.
