Data Entry & Mail Claims Representative – Onsite

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry & Mail Claims Representative to join our Waco office. In this position you will support the claims department by accurately processing electronic and paper communications and ensuring timely data entry into our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and triage incoming emails, entering relevant information into a Microsoft Access database to initiate payments or other transactions.
• Scan, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including daily pick‑up and drop‑off from the designated mail area.
• Perform a variety of workstation assignments across the department, maintaining high accuracy in all tasks.
• Handle additional duties as required to meet departmental needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with strong alphanumeric recognition.
• Ability to lift cartons up to 50 lb.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Access.
