About the role
Sage Care is building an AI‑powered care navigation platform that matches patient queries to providers and sites of care. The team needs an engineer to create analytics infrastructure that turns real‑world patient data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement analytics pipelines that collect metrics from the matching service.
- Build dashboards for partners, business teams, and internal stakeholders to surface key performance indicators.
- Create offline analysis tools to evaluate aggregate impact of the service.
- Define and track new metrics that measure algorithm quality and service effectiveness.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering.
- Strong backend engineering skills and systems thinking.
- Experience building live‑data monitoring dashboards (e.g., Grafana).
