About the role
Jobright is building the next‑generation AI job‑search platform and is looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that help its AI agents learn and improve. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to translate data into clear narratives that drive product decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Surface data‑driven insights that inform the tuning, evaluation, and improvement of AI agents.
- Build reports and visualisations that clearly communicate findings to product teams and external stakeholders.
- Respond quickly to data requests, turning analytical outputs into accessible narratives.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional with 0‑2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
- Strong communicator able to present trends to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Working understanding of statistics and basic concepts of AI and machine learning.
- Based in the United States and authorized to work there.
