About the role

Infosys' Financial Services unit is seeking a senior Cyber Security Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for banking, wealth management and insurance clients. The role combines cybersecurity expertise with project leadership to deliver AI‑driven, cloud‑based solutions that enhance security posture and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and transparent communication.
• Drive process improvement by reviewing deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and monitor project estimates, budgets and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals that match client needs.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals and facilitate professional development.
• Manage scope changes, estimate impacts, obtain approvals and update contracts as needed.
