Consulting/Principal Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Consulting/Principal Software Engineer to lead large, multifunctional development initiatives for our legal‑technology platform. The role combines deep technical expertise with client interaction, guiding architecture, coding, and delivery of cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead large‑scale, multifunctional software development activities.
• Solve complex technical problems and write high‑quality code for cloud‑native microservices.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external technology resources and customers.
• Provide design input across software products and mentor senior developers.
• Write and review detailed specifications and resolve complex bug fixes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience building cloud‑native microservices using AWS, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing large‑scale distributed systems, robust APIs, and fault‑tolerant architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
