Cyber Identity - Saviynt Consultant

About the role

Deloitte's Cyber team is recruiting a Senior Consultant for its Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions team, focused on Saviynt. The consultant works with clients to help them navigate the changing threat landscape, simplifying complexity through solutions and managed services. The role is open across many locations in the US, and recruiting ends on 11/3/2026.

Key responsibilities

• Install, integrate, configure and deploy Saviynt, and execute advanced services while supervising staff on basic services
• Communicate product and implementation details to clients and partners at the right technical and functional level
• Identify and evaluate business and technology risks, internal controls and IAM-related improvement opportunities
• Gather, analyse and document post-sales requirements, and manage project scope, schedule, status and documentation
• Build strong client relationships, identify ways to improve engagement profitability and support projects according to service level agreement metrics

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business or a relevant field
• 2+ years of total industry experience, including 1+ year developing, implementing or architecting information systems
• 1+ year of project management through the full system development lifecycle
• Ability to travel up to 75% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Required skills

• 1+ year integrating identity, access and access governance software into clients' infrastructure and applications
• 1+ year installing, integrating and deploying Saviynt, including connectors, approvals and access requests
• Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets and SQL
• Familiarity with Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems
• Preferred: previous consulting or Big 4 experience, CISSP certification, Identity and Access Governance experience, troubleshooting Saviynt issues, connector support (Active Directory, LDAP, database, web services) and coordination with onshore/offshore teams

The stated pay range is $82,600 - $162,800, and candidates may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
