Customer Support & Sales Agent (Ecommerce)

About the role

OSA is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and computer-savvy Customer Support Agent to work directly with a client, a New York-based wholesale distributor of school supplies, educational materials, office products and general merchandise. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience answering customer questions, making cold calls and managing order processes. The role suits someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle several tasks at once and respond accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about orders, product availability and general concerns by email and online platforms
• Give shipping updates, tracking information and delivery status
• Process and follow up on customer orders
• Generate and send accurate billing invoices
• Manage order inquiries and service requests on Amazon Seller Central and eBay
• Handle Amazon customer service cases, including order issues, returns and refunds
• Make outbound cold calls to prospects and follow up with existing or potential clients
• Keep accurate records of communications, orders, calls and invoices
• Use Excel and other digital tools to organize information and track daily activities

Required profile

• Mandatory previous experience with Amazon Customer Service
• Required experience making cold calls and handling outbound customer or sales calls
• C1 English and Spanish (bilingual)
• Strong organization, attention to detail and time management, able to multitask
• Proactive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn new systems
