Customer Support Representative – HealthTech

About the role

Candid Health is building a platform to simplify medical billing so healthcare providers can get paid faster. As an early member of the Customer Support team, you will deliver best‑in‑class assistance, surface customer pain points, and help shape the operations of a fast‑growing health‑tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality Level 1 support for billing, claims processing, product functionality, bugs, and feature requests while meeting SLA targets.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Billing teams to resolve tickets quickly and improve internal processes.
• Create and maintain SOPs, macros, and Support Center articles to streamline workflows.
• Identify and prioritize improvements in support operations and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proactively seek ways to enhance support quality and implement changes with leadership.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in health‑tech customer support (experience with insurance claims processing is a plus).
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work with product and engineering teams on technical escalations.
• Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and professionalism when handling customer issues.
• Comfortable asking questions, seeking help, and contributing to documentation and process improvements.
