Customer Success Specialist

About the role

The Customer Success Specialist will drive the end‑to‑end experience for Togetherhood’s partners, including after‑school directors, PTA leaders, principals, and community organizers. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensure partner satisfaction, and support the delivery of high‑quality enrichment programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of partner sites from onboarding through growth, renewals, and retention.
• Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and tailor enrichment program recommendations.
• Resolve daily operational issues with an ownership mindset and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee day‑to‑day program operations, support provider onboarding, and act as liaison between providers and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Talent, and Operations teams to optimize account performance and share insights with leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in school operations or account management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage high‑value accounts and drive business outcomes.
• Commitment to education equity and high‑quality enrichment opportunities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong experience with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Asana.
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
