Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market

About the role

Scribe is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the journey of Mid‑Market customers from onboarding through renewal. You will help customers realize value, drive adoption, and uncover expansion opportunities across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Mid‑Market accounts across the full lifecycle, accountable for retention and revenue growth.
• Design and run onboarding and enablement programs that deliver early outcomes and build momentum for broader rollout.
• Identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer workflows and linking unmet needs to Scribe’s capabilities.
• Lead business reviews that tie Scribe’s impact to customer outcomes, deepening relationships and surfacing new use cases.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to close the loop on feedback, flag risk early, and improve the CS motion.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer‑facing SaaS role.
• Proven track record of managing renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into business outcomes for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a full portfolio without letting anything slip.
• Consultative approach, asking good questions before providing answers.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑moving environment where processes are still being defined.
