Customer Strategy Consultant

About the role

Support Deloitte’s Customer Strategy and Design practice by helping clients improve customer experience, operating effectiveness, and commercial outcomes. The role involves contributing to strategy development and cross‑functional delivery across marketing, customer, and digital/product programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer strategy, marketing or digital transformation, and product strategy engagements.
• Conduct research, synthesize data, and develop insights related to customer strategy, channel performance, campaign operations, and experience design.
• Create client‑ready deliverables such as presentations, process maps, business cases, journey maps, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to recommend customer experience improvements and demonstrate business value.
• Assist with workstream management, stakeholder coordination, and execution of project deliverables across multiple priorities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in consulting and customer strategy within marketing and/or digital transformations.
• Ability to analyze problems, structure recommendations, and support implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
