About the role

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, support, administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused and patient approach.
• Good problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working with computers and common business software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good English communication skills.
