Customer Service Representative

About the role

GA Telesis is looking for an ambitious, self‑motivated Customer Service Representative to join its Component Repair facility in Miami. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will provide front‑line support, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order closure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, update, follow up, and process all exchange agreements and related materials.
• Input and confirm data such as part numbers, traceability, condition, and delivery details for each component.
• Verify compliance of component exchange agreements before transactions are completed.
• Provide timely communication and feedback on daily transactions and customer status reports.
• Deliver day‑to‑day internal customer support as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Technical School Degree.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize independently, and work onsite.
