Customer Service Representative – Call Center

About the role

TBK Bank is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join its call centre team. You will be the voice of the bank, assisting customers by phone and email, answering questions and supporting their banking needs.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers with account opening, product inquiries and banking transactions.
• Promote TBK Bank products and services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Escalate unusual or recurring issues to management.
• Suggest improvements to service processes.
• Work scheduled Saturday shifts (morning hours).

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of call‑center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Positive attitude, team‑first mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working on the phone for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency and quick learning of new systems.
