Bilingual English & German Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English and German Customer Service Representative to join our growing e‑commerce team. The role involves handling voice interactions, assisting customers with orders, product queries, returns, and ensuring a smooth post‑purchase experience. You will work remotely, providing professional support to both English‑ and German‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone/voice support in both English and German.
• Assist customers with order‑related concerns, product questions, returns, and general support.
• Provide clear, accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Listen actively, propose appropriate solutions, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
• Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Follow established customer service processes and account guidelines.

Required profile

• At least a senior high school graduate.
• Fluent in English and German with strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, BPO, call center, or voice support preferred.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused, patient, detail‑oriented, and able to handle various concerns calmly.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Complete work‑from‑home setup.
• Willing to learn new products, tools, and processes.
