Customer Service Representative – Airline Luggage Support

About the role

Join Rynn’s Luggage, a leader in airline luggage replacement, as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for airline customers, handling inquiries and claims through phone and email during regular business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails, addressing concerns and questions about luggage claims.
• Learn and apply airline regulations and product knowledge related to claim processing.
• Actively listen to identify customer needs and provide clear, friendly communication.
• Problem‑solve and find resolutions for a variety of customer issues.
• Collaborate with team members in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and adhere to scheduled shifts (8 am‑5 pm).
• Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming standards.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform typical office movements.

Required skills
