About the role
The Customer Service Assistant works in the Law Center Copy & Mail team, serving as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students who need assistance with printing, mailing, courier, and overnight carrier services. Reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor, the role ensures smooth, high‑quality copy and mail operations across the campus.
Key responsibilities
- Operate high‑volume copiers, booklet makers, scanners, mail meters, and other finishing devices.
- Provide copy, printing, and mailing services to Law Center constituents.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve service requests promptly.
- Assist with courier and overnight carrier coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of mail and copy transactions.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience with high‑volume copy machines and postage metering equipment.
- Familiarity with a variety of post‑production finishing devices.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Adobe software knowledge.
- High‑volume copier operation.
- Postage metering equipment handling.
