About the role
The Executive Lead, Innovation & Strategy is a senior position within the Office of the CEO, responsible for aligning and advancing WorkMoney’s priority programs and policy initiatives across its entities. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this leader works closely with the CEO, Executive Director and other senior leaders to drive impact.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional strategic planning for high‑priority programs, including member engagement, financial empowerment, and advocacy initiatives.
- Partner with the CEO, Executive Director, Chief of Staff and executive teams to shape and advance programmatic and policy priorities.
- Design and strengthen organizational approaches to program development, delivery, evaluation and strategic learning.
- Coordinate program design, delivery, evaluation, policy engagement and strategic planning across multiple entities.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and ensure scalability and mission alignment.
Required profile
- Extensive senior‑level experience in strategic planning, program management and cross‑functional leadership.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with executive stakeholders.
- U.S. work authorization.
