Customer Operations – Workers Compensation Claims

About the role

Revecore is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims billing specialist to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on medical claims for hospitals and medical providers. The role involves high‑volume outbound calling and detailed claim resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patient employers, insurance representatives, attorneys, and patients to investigate denied or troubled workers' compensation claims.
• Submit bills and supporting documentation to insurers or appropriate payers to ensure maximum payment.
• Review payer feedback on unpaid bills and determine next steps.
• Participate in special projects that support team goals and client success.
