Cultivation Agent - Veg

About the role

Cresco Labs is looking for a dedicated Cultivation Agent to support vegetative and propagation gardens at its Lincoln facility. You will work directly under the Cultivation Team Lead, ensuring healthy plant growth from clone to vegetative stage while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care tasks including cloning, watering, pruning, and transplanting.
• Apply pesticides and fungicides according to established protocols.
• Monitor plant health and production metrics, reporting any issues to the team lead.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and quality‑control standards in the production area.
• Assist with record‑keeping and compliance documentation as required.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in a regulated production environment, preferably related to human‑consumption products.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to state regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
