Cultivation Agent – Clone/Propagation (Weekend Shift)

About the role

Cresco Labs is looking for a dedicated Cultivation Agent to support its vegetative and propagation gardens on a weekend shift. You will work on‑site in a regulated cannabis facility, ensuring healthy plant growth from clone to vegetative stage while adhering to state compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care tasks including cloning, watering, pruning, and transplanting.
• Apply pesticides and fungicides according to protocol and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor plant health, identify issues early, and report to the Cultivation Team Lead.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and quality‑control measures in the production area.
• Follow all state regulations and Cresc​o Labs’ standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a regulated production environment, preferably related to human‑consumption products.
• Ability to work the Friday‑Tuesday schedule (7:30 am – 4:00 pm) on a weekend shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
