Cultivation Agent – Medical Cannabis

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to support on‑site production of medical cannabis gardens. You will perform day‑to‑day plant care, maintain facility cleanliness, and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day plant care including watering, pruning, topping, trimming, transplanting and harvesting.
• Maintain a clean and safe cultivation environment, handling waste disposal and cleaning equipment such as light reflectors, containers and ventilation systems.
• Document plant tracking from birth to harvest, ensuring accurate lot numbers and compliance with state regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in regulated production or a comparable combination of experience and training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, work on hands‑on tasks (sit, stand, kneel) for extended periods, and operate in indoor or greenhouse climates.
• Effective time‑management and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
