CT Technologist – Weekend Program – Full‑Time

About the role

The CT Technologist will perform routine computed tomography procedures on weekends, ensuring patient safety and high‑quality diagnostic images. This full‑time position supports the Jefferson Hwy facility’s commitment to exceptional, compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Verify physician orders and explain procedures to patients.
• Operate CT equipment independently, including IV placement, following protocol.
• Review images for diagnostic quality before transmission.
• Complete quality‑control checks and regulatory documentation.
• Assist with departmental operations such as inventory and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARRT registration or eligibility within 90 days of hire.
• Current unrestricted state license and Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with radiology information systems and related software.
• Operation of CT scanners and knowledge of CT protocols.
• Computer literacy for documentation and quality‑control tasks.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
