About the role

Join BASF’s Agricultural Solutions team as a Crop Protection Sales Representative covering Northwest Missouri. You will promote BASF’s crop protection portfolio, work closely with retailers, and help farmers achieve sustainable, profitable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement marketing programs with key retailers and launch new products in the region.
• Create demand for innovative crop protection solutions.
• Provide superior customer service and build strong retailer relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• More than 5 years of sales experience in the agricultural sector (crop protection preferred).
• Residence in Northwest Missouri or willingness to relocate.
