Critical Care Nurse – Clinical Solution Specialist (Travel MN/IA)

About the role

Join Philips as a Clinical Solution Specialist to provide expert clinical support for Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) products across Minnesota and Iowa. You will act as the clinical application knowledge expert, helping customers design, configure, and optimize monitoring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical resource for HPM customers, collaborating with field service, sales, and project management throughout implementation and go‑live phases.
• Assess customer workflows, develop education plans, configure custom solutions, and deliver equipment and application training.
• Troubleshoot technical implementations, including network and informatics integrations, to ensure optimal clinical performance.
• Travel up to 90% of the time, with daily driving of 1‑4 hours and occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, or PICU setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or equivalent licensure) with an active RN license.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, and a passion for technology‑driven patient care.

Required skills

• Experience with Philips IntelliVue patient monitoring equipment and applications.
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+).
• Clinical education delivery and adult‑learning techniques.
