About the role

BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for home care in Minnesota, serving clients in Burnsville and nearby communities. The position offers 1:1 support, consistent hours and a team culture focused on trust, growth and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities

Provide reliable, compassionate 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
Work daytime or overnight shifts, in 8-, 10- or 12-hour blocks, full-time, part-time or PRN (minimum two shifts per month)
Use electronic charting through Cubhub

Required profile

Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

$27-$31 per hour in Minnesota, plus differentials for overnights and weekends
