About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver fresh, responsibly sourced food in a fast‑casual environment. You will receive comprehensive training to work at any station, from grill and prep to cashier and expo, while providing friendly, high‑quality service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food items by hand, following Chipotle’s standards for quality and safety.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate order taking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Collaborate with team members across all stations to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving both customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking and food preparation techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
