About the role
We are seeking a Credit Analyst to support our Accounts Receivable department at Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company in Burbank. The role focuses on collections, customer service, and reducing delinquency balances.
Key responsibilities
- Make collection calls and handle correspondence in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
- Provide customer service to resolve payment discrepancies and assist with collection issues.
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including adjustments, small balance write‑offs, and reconciliations.
- Reduce delinquency balances for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and senior management to accelerate the collection process.
Required profile
- 2+ years of computerized Accounts Receivable experience (preferred).
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
