Creative Production Lead

About the role

Airbnb is seeking a Creative Production Lead to join its global Creative team. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑disciplinary creative projects that support the Host community and elevate the brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce complex creative projects from concept through production and delivery.
• Organize cross‑functional teams, create detailed production plans, and manage the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer and Head of Production on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate progress across time zones, communicate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and manage external production partners and vendors.
• Educate stakeholders and agencies on processes, guidelines, and best practices.
• Prioritize and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with creatives, producers, developers, legal, and other cross‑functional partners to drive projects to completion.
• Continuously improve production processes and tools.
• Plan and execute integrated productions such as film/video, social, photography, experiential, and localization.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across work and partnerships.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in integrated creative production or a similar senior production role.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale projects.
• Strong organizational skills and a track record of creating efficient production processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global partners across time zones.
