Creative Producer

About the role

MiraMira is seeking a Creative Producer to lead the creation of high‑impact video ads for its hormonal health platform. You will generate and execute more than 20 video concepts each month, including at least 10 featuring real user‑generated content (UGC) creators, while aligning with the brand’s creative strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 20+ video creative concepts monthly by analyzing product data, performance metrics, competitor ads, and social trends.
• Write compelling UGC scripts with strong hooks, storytelling, and clear calls‑to‑action optimized for paid social.
• Produce at least 10 UGC videos per month, managing the full production cycle from casting to final delivery.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with creators, editors, designers, freelancers, and agencies to ensure timely, launch‑ready assets.
• Review creator submissions, editor cuts, and designer assets, providing actionable feedback to maintain quality standards.
• Adapt successful ad formats and trends to fit MiraMira’s brand while staying within the established creative strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing, or paid social advertising.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating performance‑driven video ads, UGC content, or paid social creatives.
• Proven ability to write scripts for UGC creators and direct‑response video ads.
• Experience managing creators, editors, designers, freelancers, or agencies.
• Deep understanding of paid social platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
• Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate insights into new concepts.
• Excellent project‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple productions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
