Corporate Investigator – Enterprise Protection Program

About the role

The Corporate Investigator is an individual contributor who protects personnel, information and assets by investigating internal theft, fraud, vandalism and policy violations within a high‑tech corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze CCTV footage, access‑control logs and other data sources to identify behaviours, root causes and evidence.
• Prioritise and manage a caseload of multiple incidents with overlapping deadlines.
• Collect, document and preserve evidence (video, images, documents, notes) within a structured workflow.
• Conduct interviews of victims, witnesses and persons of interest using established techniques.
• Investigate external threats and internal incidents such as asset theft, intellectual‑property loss and suspicious activity.
• Utilise a case‑management system to track investigations, analyse trends and recommend loss‑mitigation actions.
• Prepare clear written and verbal reports, including empathetic communication during stressful situations.
• Participate in training, mentor peers and contribute to case‑management metrics.

Required profile

• Experience conducting corporate investigations of theft, fraud or policy violations.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret video and access‑control data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interview stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams on sensitive matters.
